Privacy Notice
Last updated: 2026-08-05
This notice covers co-sdr.com, the CoSDR marketing site. It describes the only personal data this site collects today: the email address you enter on the waitlist form. The CoSDR product itself has not launched; when it does, a separate notice will cover it.
Who is responsible
CoSDR is built and run by İlker Üzer & Alperen Çınar, acting as joint data controllers as natural persons. There is no company behind it yet; if that changes, this notice will be updated to name the entity.
You can reach us about anything in this notice at [email protected].
What we collect
Only what the waitlist form sends: your email address, the language you were viewing the site in, a fixed label recording which page the signup came from, and the date and time of signup.
That is the complete list. We do not store your IP address or browser details, we do not use analytics or advertising scripts, and we set no tracking cookies. The site stores one item in your browser's local storage — your language choice — which never leaves your device.
Why we collect it
To email you once, when CoSDR opens for access. That is the only purpose. We do not send a newsletter, we do not profile you, and we do not sell, rent or share the list with anyone.
The legal basis is your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a); KVKK Art. 5(1) açık rıza), given when you submit the form. You can withdraw it at any time by asking us to delete your entry.
How long we keep it
Your email is kept until launch, plus six months, after which the record is deleted. If you ask us to delete it sooner, we do so.
Where it is stored
In a PostgreSQL database on a virtual server we rent in Europe. Access is limited to the two of us. Emails are never written to application logs.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, withdraw your consent, or object to the processing. Under KVKK Art. 11 and GDPR Arts. 15–21 these rights are yours regardless of where you are.
Write to [email protected] and we will act on it. Because the only thing we hold is an email address, "delete everything about me" is a single row removal and we will confirm when it is done.
If you are in the EU or the UK you may also complain to your national data protection authority; in Türkiye, to the Kişisel Verileri Koruma Kurumu (KVKK).
